Terms & conditions of entry.

The promoter is - The Fats, Trading as Footy Suit Pty Ltd

1) The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of The FATS and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

2) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4) Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are on the allocated FACEBOOK post at www.facebook.com/TravellinFats 

5) Unlimited entries will be accepted per person.

6) The closing date for an entry will be 5:00pm AEST on the 18th of Sept 2023. After this time has elapsed, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8) The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: On the allocated post on our Facebook, comment/tell us who you will give the other free tee to if you win, and follow our account..

9) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a any event outside of the promoter’s control.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11) The prize is as follows: Five (5) winners will each receive 2 FREE Fats t-shirts of their choice from The Fats online store.
The prize is as stated, and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

12) The winner(s) will be chosen at random via software, from all entries received and verified by promoter and/or its agents by The Fats.

13) The winner(s) will be notified by being tagged on the original post in the comment section and the caption (via an edit) shortly after closure of the competition.
The winner(s) has 96 hours to claim the prize.

14) The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16) The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australia law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

17) The winner(s) agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
Any personal data relating to the winner(s) or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.

18) The winner(s) name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@thefats.com.au

19) Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
